Amazing (vegan) dining menu!
We were super impressed by the vegan dining menu - which will also work for meat eaters and vegetarians :)... We are big foodies (one strong meat eater and one vegetarian) and have been to many Michelin restaurants were vegan/vegetarian dining menus are still often only an afterthought. And this menu was better than Cookies & Cream in Berlin or the Tian in Vienna.
Our absolute favorite from the menu was the "Blunzn Gröst´l
mit Salzgurken-Wasabi-Mayo" (Second Course) - this was phenomenal. And we will be back for this dish and the overall menu.
Next to the menu - the restaurant is very stylish and modern, but still has a warm atmosphere and the service was excellent and very welcoming.
Amazing place for vegetarians. We had mushroom schnitzel, which comes with a tasty garlic potato salad. And the Austrian hash brown which was even tastier. It is crispy and flavourful! Service was great; they are kind and thoughtful. The music is cool, and the decor is contemporary and chic inside.
Original and nice looking interiors, giving mid century furniture vibes.
My expectations for the food were higher, interesting tastes but not that fascinating and not the right amount.
Food was great on vegetarian options, innovative, tasteful & lovely! We ordered a tasting menu and had a good sample of dishes. Lovely service. Definitely recommend. Small negative: Dessert was not particularly good, especially in a town like Vienna famous for its desserts.
Went here for lunch. I get it might be tricky to serve only veggie dishes. But....to have a lunch set where there is cauliflower soup combined with warm sauerkraut with boiled potatoes topped with 4 slices of vegan sausage? With it's price …
I went here as a vegetarian friend highly recommended. It is a very decent vegetarian restaurant with some creative dishes. I had mushroom schnitzel and it was the first-ever non-meat schnitzel in my life! For that, I admire their work. The only thing I would point out is the portion. I think despite their best efforts, mushroom schnitzel was still a bit on too oily to my liking. I’d love to have a side dish to go with it but got quickly full with mushroom schnitzel. It might work better if we could have a smaller portion for solo travelers/diners.
Service was top-notch and I enjoyed my experience overall.
Amazing goulash & schnitzel, terrific lemonades, an absolute hit with the kids.
We love Wrenkh and returned again. The veggy options were, as always, delicious, and as some of our family prefer meat they very much enjoyed the meat option. There was also, as always, a great atmosphere and altogether we had another brilliant night
